Dispatch Information
At checkout, you’ll see one of two options:
- Same-Day Dispatch – Available on eligible items ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Standard Dispatch (up to 4 working days) – If your item shows a 4 working day dispatch time, this is accurate. We use external storage facilities to keep prices competitive, which can mean a short delay, but rest assured your order will be sent within the timeframe shown at checkout.
