A little joy, from our family to yours. Every order is packed with care by our small family team in Scotland. Here’s what to expect when you order from Lennie’s Toys.

UK delivery prices

Delivery charges are based on your order value, excluding delivery. Standard home delivery and eligible ParcelShop or locker collection cost £3.95 for orders under £30, £1.99 for orders from £30 to £49.99, and are free when you spend £50 or more. The available services and final charges are shown at checkout.

Standard home delivery

£3.95 for orders under £30, £1.99 for orders from £30 to £49.99, or free when you spend £50 or more. Estimated delivery is 2–3 days after dispatch.

Faster home delivery

£5.95, reduced to £2 when you spend over £50. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days after dispatch. At exactly £50, this service costs £5.95. These prices also apply to our pre-order home delivery service.

ParcelShop or locker collection

£3.95 for eligible orders under £30, £1.99 for eligible orders from £30 to £49.99, or free when you spend £50 or more. Collect when it suits you from more than 16,000 UK InPost lockers. Your parcel is estimated to be ready to collect 2–3 days after dispatch. Please collect within three days of receiving your ready-to-collect notification. This option is shown at checkout only when the complete order is eligible.

Returned UK parcels

If a UK parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the address was incorrect or incomplete, delivery was refused, you asked the carrier to return it, or delivery could not be completed for reasons outside our control, we may deduct a £4.95 return-to-sender fee from your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Dispatch time is additional to the delivery time. Faster home delivery upgrades the courier service; it does not shorten the time needed to prepare your order.

When will we dispatch your order?

Our dispatch working days are Monday to Friday, excluding English and Scottish bank holidays. All cut-off times use UK local time, including the change between GMT and British Summer Time. We do not dispatch at weekends or on these bank holidays.

Speedy Llama orders within the UK

Speedy Llama applies when every item in your basket qualifies for dispatch from our available stock. Order before 12 noon on a working day for estimated same-day dispatch. Orders placed at or after noon, at weekends or on bank holidays are estimated to dispatch on the next working day.

The Speedy Llama badge may still appear outside the same-day cut-off. Please check the dispatch date beside it: the badge does not mean same-day delivery.

Standard dispatch

Standard orders placed on any day of the week are estimated to dispatch in 2–3 working days. This also applies to Asmodee products that need stock brought in. There is no extended weekend dispatch window.

Asmodee products available from our Kangaroo stock qualify for the usual Speedy Llama dispatch rules when every item in the basket qualifies.

These multi-day windows count from the next working day after you order. Your whole basket determines the dispatch estimate; an item with a longer preparation time can affect the whole order.

Pre-orders and mixed baskets

If your basket contains a pre-order, we hold the order and dispatch the items together when the pre-order is ready. If there are several pre-orders, the latest availability date applies. Please place separate orders if you want available items sent sooner; each order has its own delivery charge and free-delivery qualification.

Pre-order dates are estimates and can change if the supplier’s release or supply date changes. Check the product information and checkout carefully. A date labelled “Arrives” is an estimated arrival date, not a dispatch date. International arrival also depends on the selected courier and customs clearance.
