Exceptions to the One Price Shipping Model

Should your selection of toys exceed the capacity of one box, we will promptly reach out to offer a revised shipping quote. At this point, you have the flexibility to accept the new shipping cost, make adjustments to your order, or opt for a cancellation.

Please be aware that certain toys in our range are too large to be shipped internationally. In the event you purchase an item we're unable to send, we will inform you via email about the cancellation and process a full refund.

Language and Communication

Our team is based in Scotland and operates primarily in English. We kindly ask that if you need to contact our customer service, please do so in English to ensure we can provide the best assistance possible.

Customs and Duties

Please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.
