We dispatch orders Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
At checkout, if you are offered Royal Mail or DPD as shipping options, it means the items in your cart are eligible for same-day dispatch, provided your order is placed before 3 pm (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If you are offered Standard Shipping, please allow 4 working days for us to process your order. This is because some or all items in your cart are ordered on demand from our suppliers. We receive deliveries from our suppliers most days of the week, and once your order is ready, it will be dispatched on a 1-2 working day service. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

One Price Shipping Model
This updated approach is designed to make international shopping simpler and more transparent. We now charge one flat shipping rate for international orders, as shown above. To help make this work, we've slightly increased the price of our toys for customers outside the UK.
Previously, high shipping costs discouraged smaller orders, while larger ones sometimes left us at a loss. By adjusting our product prices internationally and introducing a single, more affordable shipping rate, we’ve found a better balance that works for both our customers and our small business.
Ultimately, we want to continue offering international shipping without losing money on every large order. These changes help make that possible, so we can keep serving customers around the world.
Please note: Any orders placed using UK pricing outside of the UK will be automatically cancelled. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to bypass this policy. As a small business, our pricing is carefully set to remain fair while ensuring we can continue to operate.

Customs and Duties
Please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information on customs fees and import duties.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, and customs processing times. We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures.
