Takenoko New ECO: Oyako
Care for a hungry giant panda and cultivate a flourishing bamboo garden in Takenoko New ECO: Oyako, a strategy game set in the Japanese Imperial court. Players take on the roles of court members responsible for tending the garden, managing its plots and keeping the panda well fed.
Develop the garden by arranging plots, guiding irrigation and growing different types of bamboo. Each turn presents opportunities to balance garden development with the panda’s appetite and the objectives set by the court. Careful planning is needed as weather and changing conditions affect how the garden develops.
This ECO edition is presented as a board and card game for family and hobby gaming sessions. Its combination of accessible rules, colourful garden-building play and competing objectives makes it suitable for players who enjoy tactical tabletop games with a distinctive theme.
