If your order takes up to 4 working days before dispatch, we’ll always send it using a 1–2 working day delivery service. Most parcels arrive within 3–6 working days overall.

Dispatch Information

At checkout, you’ll see one of two options:

Same-Day Dispatch – Available on eligible items ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Standard Dispatch (up to 4 working days) – If your item shows a 4 working day dispatch time, this is accurate. We use external storage facilities to keep prices competitive, which can mean a short delay, but rest assured your order will be sent within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Home Delivery – Free when you spend £50+, otherwise £4.95.

We only use tracked services for your peace of mind.
Carriers include Royal Mail, DPD and Parcelforce
DPD deliveries are not available to islands or Northern Ireland. In Scotland, DPD is only available for addresses within and south of the Central Belt.
International shipping is available.
