Welcome to Cheery Lane, where little storytellers can build, arrange and play in a home of their own design. The Melissa & Doug Cheery Lane House Play Set is a colourful fold-out wooden dollhouse made especially for easy top-down play, giving young children a clear view and comfortable access to every room.
The modular house features hinged rooms and separate floor corners that can be rearranged into different configurations. Children can create their own floor plan, then furnish the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom for imaginative everyday adventures. Interactive details such as opening windows, an oven door and a toilet lid add realistic touches to pretend play.
This 13-piece set includes two posable Cheeries figures: a girl and her pup. Furniture and accessories including a couch, bed, table and kitchen pieces help children begin playing straight away. The chunky mixed-material pieces are designed for small hands and support storytelling, communication, fine motor development, problem solving and spatial reasoning.
When playtime is over, the rooms and accessories nest together into a compact unit. A built-in handle makes the house easy to carry from room to room or take along for playdates and holidays. The set is also compatible with other Cheery Lane figures and play sets, so children can continue expanding their imaginative neighbourhood.
