One Price Shipping Model
We have updated our shipping policy to a weight-based system, specifically designed for orders that can be packed into a single box. Our weight-based shipping calculator will provide you with an accurate estimate when you add items to your cart and enter your address at the cart or checkout page. This ensures you pay a fair price for shipping based on the actual weight of your items.

Exceptions to the One Price Shipping Model
Should your selection of toys exceed the capacity of one box, we will promptly reach out to offer a revised shipping quote. At this point, you have the flexibility to accept the new shipping cost, make adjustments to your order, or opt for a cancellation.
Please be aware that certain toys in our range are too large to be shipped internationally. In the event you purchase an item we're unable to send, we will inform you via email about the cancellation and process a full refund.
