Havoc is an expansion for EVE: War for New Eden that adds a fifth playable faction: the pirate Deathless Circle. This asymmetric faction brings a distinct approach to the conflict, with its own rules, objectives and route to victory.

The Deathless Circle begins at the centre of the board and sends fast-moving pirate fleets into unexplored systems. Its ships are individually weaker than those of the core-game factions, but their lower cost supports rapid raids and opportunistic attacks against vulnerable territories.

As the pirates expand their underground network, they generate illegal profits and spread corruption across New Eden. The other players must decide how much attention to give this growing threat while continuing to pursue their own plans. If corruption reaches a critical level, the Deathless Circle can claim dominion over the galaxy.
