Duplik
Duplik is a lively drawing and description game where artistic ability is not the goal. One player studies an illustrated scene and describes it while the other players draw what they hear. The challenge is to notice and communicate the small details that earn points.
After the drawing time ends, the original image is revealed and the group checks for specific features, such as objects, positions, colours or other hidden details. Players score when their drawings include the required elements, making every round a test of observation and listening rather than artistic skill.
How to play
Key features
- One player describes the picture without showing it to the artists.
- Everyone else draws the scene within the time limit.
- Reveal the picture and award points for matching the listed details.
With quick rounds and plenty of amusing interpretations, Duplik is suited to family gatherings, parties and groups looking for an accessible drawing game.
