Cartographers: A Roll Player Tale
Explore the northern lands of the Kingdom of Nalos in this strategic flip-and-write board game from Thunderworks Games. As cartographers serving Queen Gimnax, players map the wilderness, expand their territories and work towards the objectives set by the queen’s edicts.
Each round, reveal a map card and draw the indicated terrain onto your map sheet. Careful planning is essential as players compete for reputation while responding to seasonal scoring conditions. Ruins, monsters and rival claims can alter your plans, creating interaction and tactical choices throughout the game.
At the end of winter, the player with the most reputation stars wins. Cartographers offers an engaging combination of route planning, area development and competitive scoring for family and strategy game groups.
