At checkout, you’ll see one of two options:

Same-Day Dispatch – Available on eligible items ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Standard Dispatch (up to 4 working days) – If your item shows a 4 working day dispatch time, this is accurate. We use external storage facilities to keep prices competitive, which can mean a short delay, but rest assured your order will be sent within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Refunds through Shopify Payments can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, though often they arrive sooner. PayPal refunds to your balance are usually instant.

It’s usually a typo in the email address. Email info@lenniestoys.com and we’ll correct your address and resend the confirmation immediately.

I encountered a payment error but the funds left my account—will I get my money back?

Your payment sits in escrow until Shopify confirms the sale. If the order didn’t go through, your bank will reverse it automatically. Contact your bank if you need a faster reversal.
