Turn an ordinary cardboard box into an amazing vehicle with the Boxineers Cardboard Vehicles Craft Kit. Children can transform boxes from around the home into monster trucks, aeroplanes, rocket ships, recycling trucks and many other imaginative creations.
This reusable construction set includes a child-friendly screwdriver and hole punch, so children can attach the supplied parts without needing to cut the cardboard. Add wheels, wings, steering wheels, control panels, windows, flames and other colourful accessories to customise each vehicle, then take it apart and create something new.
With 84 pieces in total, the kit contains 30 bolts, six brackets, 40 reusable vehicle accessories and six sticker sheets. The cardboard boxes used for building are not included, making this a creative way to reuse suitable packaging already available at home.
Boxineers combines hands-on making with open-ended pretend play. Children can experiment with how parts connect, solve simple construction problems and develop fine motor control while designing a vehicle that is uniquely theirs. The reusable components also encourage children to think about recycling and sustainability.
