Build and manage a thriving farm
In Agricola, players develop a small farm into a productive homestead while caring for their family. Plan carefully, improve your property and balance the demands of farming with the need to provide enough food for everyone.
Players take turns choosing important actions, such as ploughing fields, sowing crops, building improvements, extending their home and acquiring livestock. Each decision shapes the farm and affects the opportunities available to others, so timing and resource management are central to play.
As the game progresses, farms become more established and families grow. At harvest time, players must ensure they can feed their household, making efficient development essential. The scoring rewards a well-rounded farm with productive fields, animals, improvements and suitable living space.
With strategic choices, changing priorities and strong replay value, Agricola is a detailed board game for players who enjoy planning, development and competitive resource management.
