We dispatch orders Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Home Delivery – Free when you spend £50+, otherwise £4.95.
Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day.

DPD Local Collect – Free when you spend £30+, otherwise £3.95.
Dispatch Information
At checkout, you’ll see either:

Speedy Llama – Same-day dispatch if ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Dispatch – Orders sent according to the estimated dispatch and delivery dates shown at checkout.
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
If your order qualifies for same-day dispatch (Speedy Llama), we’ll ship it the same day it’s placed before 3pm.
If it’s on a standard dispatch time, rest assured it will be sent within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Carriers include Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce.

DPD deliveries are not available to islands or Northern Ireland. In Scotland, DPD is only available for deliveries within and south of the Central Belt.

One International Shipping Model
We’ve simplified international shopping by introducing a sliding shipping rate—a proportional fee based on the total value of your order.
Ultimately, we want to continue offering international shipping without losing money on every large order. These changes help make that possible, so we can keep serving customers around the world.
Please note: Any orders placed using UK pricing outside of the UK will be automatically cancelled. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to bypass this policy. As a small business, our pricing is carefully set to remain fair while ensuring we can continue to operate.

Customs and Duties
Please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information on customs fees and import duties.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, and customs processing times. We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures.

Tracking
All international orders are shipped with tracking information. Customers will receive an email with their tracking information once their order has been shipped.
